CCI AI Testbed Overview

Abstract: This talk is intended to share information to the CCI community. We will discuss the architecture, processes, and current implementation of the CCI AI Testbed. Some sample problems will be described on its use.

Bio: Abdul Rahman is the CCI AI Testbed Director. The CCI AI Testbed will help academia, industry, and government evaluate and verify the level of trust and assurance they have in artificial intelligence (AI) algorithms before they gain wider use. Previously, Rahman served as chief scientist at Fidelis Cybersecurity, vice president of strategy and technology at Mantech, vice president of technical delivery and chief scientist at TexelTek Inc., and held several positions at Booz, Allen, Hamilton, including lead of modeling, simulation, and war gaming. He has a deep understanding of industry and government requirements. Rahman has designed and built AI and machine learning analytics platforms to support multi-domain data fusion predictive capabilities. He’s led cross-functional teams of threat researchers, data scientists, and engineers to refine, improve, and develop threat detections. He is also an Eagle Scout. Rahman earned a B.S. in both mathematics and physics from the University of California, Los Angeles. He earned a M.S. in physics as well as a Ph.D. in both physics and mathematics, all from Howard University.
